NOTE:  

Chocolate: 

  • Belgian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla.    Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33.6%).  White Chocolate (Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%). Dark Chocolate (Min cocoa 53.8%), White chocolate with caramel (min 30.4%).

  • Colombian dark chocolate 70% Palenque:  contains sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soy lecithin, Natural vanilla.  

  • Italian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, milk whey, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla.  Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33%).  White Chocolate (Min cocoa 36%)

Fruit purees:

  • Lemon, Mandarin, Blood Orange, Strawberry, Raspberry,  Mango, Passionfruit, Coconut, Peach, Cherry, Cranberries, Apples.  Pectin, citric/malic acid, blood orange, Spearmint  and Spearmint oil (Mojito).

Ganache’s:

  • Cream, glucose, butter, white chocolate (above), cream cheese, invert sugar, milk chocolate (above)

 

Caramel:

  • Sugar, Cream (not in fruit caramels), Maldon salt, Glucose, butter, dark brown sugar, date syrup.

Biscuit bases/additions: 

  • Ginger crust  (Gingerbread bonbon only) - Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Molasses, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Ground Ginger, Salt, Natural Lemon and Ginger Flavouring, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Molasses.

  • Biscuit crust - Flour (55%) (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oil (Palm), Wholemeal Wheat Flour (16%), Sugar, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Malic Acid, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt 

  • Pretzel crust (Peanut caramel only) - Wheat Flour, Rapeseed Oil (5 %), Salt, Sea Salt, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Hydroxide, Yeast, Barley Malt Extract, Raising Agent: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate

  • Biscoff crust:  Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil from sustainable and certified plantations, Rapeseed Oil), Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soya Flour, Salt, Cinnamon

  • Shortbread: Wheat Flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron thiamine, salted butter (milk), demara sugar, salt

Extra’s:  

  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Vanilla flavouring. Marzipan

  • Rose extract, coffee.  whole milk, sugar (dulce de leche).  Vanilla pod.

  • Pink Champagne (alcohol - in strawberry champagne only)

Nuts:

  • whole roasted hazelnuts, almonds, whole roasted peanuts, pistachio, pecans, almonds.  hazelnut praline - hazelnuts 50.0%; sugar 49.5%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%, almond praline (60% roasted almonds and hazelnuts, pure sugar caramel, sugar, corn starch, maltodextrin, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), marzipan.

Cocoa butter colours: 

  • The following colours may have been used sparingly in the outer decoration: *Yellow E104, *Pink E122, *Red E124/E129/E120, *Orange E110, *Green E104/102, *Blue E122/E104/E124. White (E171), E110, E171, E129, E172, E131, E140, Titanium Dioxide, E555.

  • Dark chocolate 55% (British) - 49.0%; sugar 40.5%; cocoa butter 10.0%; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%

  • Dark chocolate 55% (Belgian) - 43.0%; sugar 43.0%; cocoa butter 13.0%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%

  • White chocolate - Sugar, Cocoa butter (36%), rice flour, natural flavouring, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
