Chocolate Shells (also used for ganache’s and caramel’s): 

1.     Belgian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla.    A. Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33.6%).  B. White Chocolate (Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%). C. Dark Chocolate (Min cocoa 53.8%), D. White chocolate with caramel (min 30.4%), E Dark chocolate (min. 70%).

2.     Colombian dark chocolate 70% Palenque:  contains sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soy lecithin, Natural vanilla.  

3.     Italian chocolate contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey, cocoa mass, Emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla.  A. Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa 33%).  B. White Chocolate (Min cocoa 36%)

4.     Veliche Belgian intense milk 35% Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract

5.    Belcolade 55% dark cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin (E322)), natural vanilla flavouring (suitable for vegans)

6.    Oak Milk Chocolate 43% - Sugar, cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, cocoa mass, dried rice powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and vanilla extract. (Dairy-Free).
